Fine Wines in Tehama County, California

Cedar Crest Vineyards & Winery is located in the foothills of Mt. Lassen in Manton, California. The rich volcanic soils provide a perfect wine growing environment and the wines of Cedar Crest are a fine example of the unique characteristics of wines in this region.

Our California wines are made in small lots, usually less than 200 cases. Our reds tend to be rich, smooth and full bodied, in varietals of Syrah, Petite Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our whites are fresh, light and crisp with slight notes of fresh fruit. Our white varietals include Viognier, Chardonnay, and blends of the two. Whatever your tastes are, we have a wine that suits you.

Our winery offers a beautiful escape from the city and a relaxing day of wine tasting, great food, and great company. If you can’t find the time to visit and you are located in California, our wines can be purchased here on our website.

Tasting hours are Weekends Noon to 5:00 pm, weekdays by appointment only.
